Monthly Telephone Bill

Please be informed that PT Telkom, the telephone line operator, is providing an access to check the Monthly Telephone Bill through their website and email for your convenience.
The first Monthly Telephone Bill, will be sent to your personal email on the 2nd month after the telephone line is activated. All Customers are requested to pay the bill directly to the nearest Plaza Telkom through the Customer Service. First payment can not be settled via Bank Transfer.
Below is the nearest Plaza Telkom for your reference;

2. Jalan RS.Fatmawati No 165, Jakarta Selatan
PT Telkom will send the Monthly Bill for following month automatically to your personal email on every 5th of the month. Payment can be settled starting on 5th to 20th of the month. It is suggested that any payment made via bank transfer should be settled before 15th of the month to avoid any delay on the process of acceptance at PT Telkom.
Should you need to know your Monthly Telephone Bill, you may check by dialling #147 from your telephone or through their website by following the link below;
- Enter your phone number in the field provided and then click search. You will know your bill this month or previous month
